 So 2010 is finally upon us; after an active end to 2009, we at Buckinghams are expecting a steadily strengthening marketplace this year. Interest from homebuyers fresh to the market is already apparent in the New Year across all price ranges and, election permitting,we do not envisage this to change in the short term.
